- What materials are your woven labels made from?
Our woven labels are made from high-quality, eco-friendly polyester thread, designed for durability and a soft finish. We also offer options in metallic threads upon request.
- Are your labels soft and non-irritating to the skin?
Yes, our woven labels are designed to be soft and comfortable, making them ideal for all types of clothing, including children's and baby garments.
- What sizes do you offer for woven labels?
We offer a range of sizes, from small tags for delicate projects to larger labels for branding. Our labels are available in sizes from 0.2 inches (0.5 cm) to 6 inches (15 cm) in both width and height. For center fold labels, the dimensions refer to the size after folding. If you're unsure about the best size for your design, feel free to reach out—we're happy to assist!
- Can I customize the shape of my label?
Currently, we only offer standard shapes such as rectangles and squares. Custom shapes are not available at this time.
- Are your labels durable and resistant to washing?
Yes, our woven labels are designed to withstand multiple washes without fading or fraying.
- Do the labels fray over time?
No, our labels are heat-sealed or edge-folded to prevent fraying.
- Can I order iron-on woven labels, or are they all sew-in?
Currently, we only offer sew-in woven labels. Iron-on options are not available at this time.
- Can your labels be used for handmade crafts, quilting, or accessories?
Absolutely! Our labels are perfect for handmade goods, quilts, bags, and other crafts.
- Can I upload my own logo or design?
Yes, you can upload your own design or logo when placing an order. We accept common file formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, CDR, AI, PSD. Your labels will come in the same background as your artwork. If your artwork has a transparent background, please specify your preferred background color when placing your order.
- Do you offer design assistance if I don't have a finished design?
Yes, our team can help refine your idea and create a professional design for your labels. You could also design your labels from scratch with our online tools.
- Which colors are available for my woven labels?
We offer a wide range of thread colors, carefully selected to match industry-standard Pantone TCX colors, ensuring there's almost always a perfect match for your artwork. In the rare case an exact match isn't available, we'll find the closest TCX alternative to maintain your design's integrity. With our expertise, your woven labels will stay true to your brand's colors. After you place your order, we will email you a proof for your approval. This proof will clearly show the thread colors we will use, ensuring they closely match your artwork. It's your chance to review the design and confirm that everything looks perfect before we proceed with production.
- How many colors can be included in my design?
Our woven labels can include up to 7 colors. If your design exceeds this limit, we can help adjust it to fit within the color range. Contact us for assistance in refining your design.
- What artwork effects are not supported in woven labels?
Since woven labels are made from woven threads, certain digital artwork effects cannot be replicated. Artwork must use solid, flat colors without gradients, highlights, drop shadows, inner glows, or outer glows. If your artwork includes such effects, we'd be happy to help adjust your design to ensure it works perfectly for woven labels.
- Can I add a fold style to my label?
Yes, we provide center fold and end fold options.

The order price is automatically calculated based on the size and quantity of your order. We do not charge extra for design complexity, as long as your artwork contains 7 colors or fewer.
- Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Our price calculator automatically applies per-label discounts—the more you order, the more you save. For business orders over 10,000 pieces, contact us for custom pricing and flexible payment terms.
- Can I get a sample sent to me before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we send samples for orders of 5,000+ pieces. Contact us for details on pricing and lead time.
- Do you provide photo sample?
Yes, we charge a $15 sample fee. Before shipping your order, we will send you a photo sample for approval. Please note that this process may extend the turnaround time. If there are any discrepancies between your artwork and the sample, we will either make free adjustments or provide a full refund for the entire order amount upon your request.
- Is there a setup fee for custom designs?
This is considered as part of production cost and has been included in the final price.
- Do you offer reordering with the same design at a discount?

Once you approve the proof, production begins immediately. After production is complete, if a photo sample was not requested, we will send you an email with your shipment tracking number. You can track your order's shipping status directly on our tracking page.
